Job: Corporate Commercial Lawyer 5+ years

HGR Graham Partners LLP is seeking an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer to join its Barrie office.

One of the largest and most respected law firms in the Region, the firm acts for a diverse client base of dynamic private sector corporate clients located throughout southern and central Ontario and assists with day-to-day business decisions and major transactions. It is regularly involved in mergers and acquisitions and generally helps small to medium size companies negotiate and draft commercial documents including contracts, employment agreements and lease agreements. It also represents institutional lenders and corporate borrowers in connection with a wide range of financial services including corporate finance, acquisition financing, secured transactions, asset-based financing, real estate financing, development financing, debt restructuring, and workouts.
