Job: Morganti & Co., P.C. Securities Class Action Litigation Associate – 4 to 8 Years

Morganti & Co., P.C, a successful litigation boutique with offices in Toronto and Michigan representing plaintiffs in domestic and cross-border securities and antitrust class actions, is seeking a senior litigation associate to join its Toronto team. It will also consider appropriate candidates in Windsor and Montreal.

The firm has extensive experience in cross-border securities litigation and has acted in some of the largest securities class actions in Canada and the United States. It routinely represents institutional and retail investors in Canada, the United States and Europe.

The right candidate will be a self-starter and problem solver who brings strong academic credentials, 4 to 8 years of practice experience gained from a leading full service firm or boutique and an excellent understanding of practice and procedure. Strong writing and drafting skills are a necessity. An understanding of capital markets is a definite plus.
